At Ikonic Health & Beauty, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, please review our policy below:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the initial purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns beyond this period.

• Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Customers are responsible for covering the postage costs of returning any items.

• If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email dated pictures of the item to admin@beanikon.com before sending it back. Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.
